We cut between cameras live with a hardware switcher and record the result, with clean audio pulled straight from the venue's sound system.
By the time the event wraps, much of the edit is already done. On long main-room sessions that can cut post-production time by up to 75 percent, and it makes same-day highlights possible.

How much does event video production cost?
Every event is quoted to fit. The price depends on the number of days, cameras and crew, whether you need a live stream, breakout coverage and how much edited content you want afterward. Tell us about your event and we'll recommend coverage that fits your goals and budget.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We're based in the Spartanburg–Greenville area of South Carolina and cover events across the country. Our core team travels with you, and we add trusted local crew when a bigger event calls for it.
What do you need from the venue to live stream?
Most of all, a dedicated wired internet connection with a tested upload speed, ideally 10 Mbps or more for HD. We also need an audio feed from the house sound system and a place for the production table. We coordinate all of this with the venue's AV team, and we bring a cellular bonding backup.
Can you deliver video the same day?
Yes. Because we switch the event live and record the mix on site, we can turn around same-day or end-of-day highlights. Full session edits and polished reels follow after the event.
Can you record breakout sessions at the same time as the main room?
Yes. We set up dedicated cameras in breakout rooms and record the presenter's slides directly from their laptop, so every session is captured with clear audio and full-resolution slides.
